    • Excellent Anti-Clogging & Self-Cleaning Performance (Core Superiority)
      Conventional steel wire/manganese steel screen meshes are prone to pore clogging when processing wet and sticky materials. The flip-flow screen mesh stretches and rebounds elastically continuously, preventing slime, coal slurry and clay from adhering to the screen surface. It remains unclogged for high-moisture materials with a water content of 7%–14%, barely requiring manual pore cleaning.
    • High Screening Efficiency & Large Throughput
      It achieves a screening efficiency of 85%–95% under the same screen area, 20%–30% higher than ordinary vibrating screen meshes. Super-high acceleration disperses materials for effective stratification and allows fine particles to pass through rapidly. The single-machine output is greatly improved, and material loss over the screen is drastically reduced.
    • Wear-Resistant & Long Service Life
      Polyurethane boasts 3–5 times higher wear resistance than metal screen meshes. Its elasticity cushions impacts from ores and granules to avoid breakage. Under standard working conditions, its service life can exceed 4,000 hours, cutting replacement frequency and downtime costs significantly.

      The thin and lightweight screen panel has no shielding metal ribs, delivering a higher open area than traditional meshes. The tapered telescopic aperture design automatically releases near-size trapped particles for higher passing rate of fine materials.

    • Noise Reduction, Energy Saving & Stable Operation
      Elastic polyurethane absorbs vibration impact, lowering overall machine noise by 10–15 decibels compared with metal screens. Without heavy load fluctuations caused by clogging, the motor runs under stable load, saving 5%–10% power comprehensively. The equipment features low dynamic load and excellent vibration damping effect.

      Adopting modular plug-in design, each single screen panel can be detached and replaced separately without disassembling the entire screen deck. It features corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and suffers no damage during water washing cleaning.

      Specially developed to tackle the difficulty of screening fine materials, it stably handles ultra-fine materials of 13mm, 6mm, 3mm and 0.5mm. It is the preferred screen surface for deep classification of wet coal and fine screening of tailings.
