Crushing

The Impact Crusher is a machine that utilizes impact energy to crush materials. Driven by a motor, the rotor spins at high speed. Materials entering the crushing chamber are repeatedly struck by the blow bars and bounced against the impact plates until they reach the desired size. Known for its simple structure and large crushing ratio, it is widely used for secondary and fine crushing of medium-hard materials (compressive strength up to 350MPa) in industries like mining, construction, and highway building.

The vertical shaft compound sand making machine (also known as a vertical compound crusher, vertical shaft sand maker, or compound crusher) is a new type of fine crushing and coarse grinding equipment. It integrates similar crushing technologies from both domestic and international sources and is optimized based on modern fine crushing principles. Combining both primary and secondary crushing functions, it features a screenless and adjustable structural design. This equipment is widely used in the fine crushing operations of manufactured construction sand, stone aggregates, as well as cement raw materials and clinkers.

The vertical shaft impact crusher adopts unique Rock-on-Rock and Rock-on-Iron crushing principles. Raw materials feed into the machine via the hopper and are split into two streams by the distributor. One portion enters the high-speed rotating impeller, instantly accelerated to 60~70 m/s before discharging out of the impeller passages; the other falls down around the distributor. The ejected material collides violently with the falling feedstock (Rock-on-Rock crushing), or strikes the natural material lining/impact blocks inside the vortex crushing chamber (Rock-on-Iron crushing), completing material crushing and particle shaping simultaneously.

Wet Pan Mill is a continuous wet fine grinding equipment. It crushes and grinds ores or powder materials in a water environment through the self-weight rolling of heavy grinding wheels plus self-rotating shearing, while automatically stirring to prepare pulp. It is widely used in mineral processing of medium and small mines, ceramics, refractory materials and new energy powder processing, serving as core low-cost equipment to replace small ball mills.
